| Credit transfer
Zain is presenting a special service that gives our valued customers the option to transfer credit from their postpaid or prepaid voice lines to other postpaid or prepaid voice and data Zain lines. * For both voice and data Credit transfer rules: - This service is available for post paid and prepaid customer (voice and data)

- Amount and validity will be deducted from the sender and transferred to receiver.
- Minimum value for (post/pre) to be transferred is 1.5 K.D and its applicable to add 100 Fils on the minimum value (1.6 – 1.7 -1.8 – 1.9 …).
In case the required validity in not available, the transfer operation will not be completed. At least 1 K.D must remain in the balance (sender) after the credit transfer operation or it will not be completed.
Credit transfer commands and text (by SMS service):
- To register new subscriber: send ON to 99998
- To unsubscribe from service: send OFF [pin] to 99998
- To initialize transfer: send T [recipient] [Amount] to 99998
- To confirm the transfer: send [pin] to 99998
- To cancel the open transfer: Send cancel to 99998
- To change the pin: send c [Old pin] [New Pin] to 99998
