Zain hosts Telecommunications Technology seminar for ACK students

Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, recently hosted a Telecommunications Technology seminar for students from the Australian College of Kuwait (ACK) as part of a field visit to its main headquarters in Shuwaikh.

 

Zain held this visit as part of its strategy to contribute to the development of the youth and education sectors in Kuwait, through which the company is keen on enriching the knowledge and skills of college students in various fields, especially technical fields related to telecommunications technology.

 

During the seminar, Zain provided students with a rich overview of how technical departments operate within a major telecom company, including telecom and billing systems, NGN an IP Network solutions, Core Mobile Solutions, Zain’s website and app, as well as marketing communications.

 

Zain hosts informative seminars, student field trips, workshops, and development programs regularly for students of different age groups to further increase their knowledge of the telecom industry in Kuwait. Such programs are targeted at students in collaboration with public and private educational institutions in Kuwait, reflecting Zain’s ongoing efforts in promoting the education and development of the country’s youth.
