How do I set up my Prime Video subscription as part of my payment plan with Zain?

Customers will be presented with offer details including a link to the Amazon Prime Video T&Cs before they sign up for the offer, after which they can complete the sign up workflow using mobile browser or a PC/Mac browser. New customers will be routed to an Amazon authentication page where they can sign in using existing Amazon login credentials or create a new Amazon login. After signing in, customers should download the Prime Video app from the Apple App Store or the Google Play store to begin enjoying Prime Video content on their mobile devices. NOTE: This last step is unnecessary for Fire Tablet and Fire TV devices, as the separate Prime Video app is not necessary on Amazon devices.

How will I know that my subscription status is active?

Customers will receive a confirmation email from Amazon that they are a Prime Video subscriber and will see their successful activation status for Amazon Prime Video subscription through their Zain account. The email will include information on how to manage their account through Zain. Any mobile data used while downloading the app or using Amazon Prime Video will be taken from a customer’s data allowance.

I am not part of a qualifying plan. Am I eligible to subscribe to Prime Video as a standalone/add-on?

Yes! Existing Postpaid and Prepaid customers (new and existing) are eligible to add Prime Video as an add-on to their current plan. As a new customer who signs up for an add-on subscription offer, they will receive 2 months complimentary access to Prime Video followed by monthly charges on their Zain bill.

What happens to my Prime Video membership when the promotional period ends, but I continue my Zain plan?

For add-on customers, membership continues uninterrupted, as customers are auto-renewed into their monthly plan as part of their Zain bill. Customers can also cancel this membership with Zain at any time.
