You will receive an activation SMS from Zain to agree to the "Terms and Conditions" of the offer. Reply with “Yes” to confirm

Step 3

Upon successful activation you will receive a confirmation SMS, including your log in information.

Go to www.disneyplus.com to download the app and login with your registered Zain mobile number.

What is the Disney+ Zain Kuwait offer?

Users on existing selected plans of postpaid and fixed home wireless plans will get a 6 month subscription offer to Disney+ at no additional cost, thereafter the user can subscribe to Disney+ at the monthly or annual subscription fee* applicable at that time [currently KWD 2.8/month or KWD 27.5/year].

For the new MAX home fixed wireless plans, Zain is offering complementary access to Disney+ while the user remains on an eligible New MAX home fixed wireless plans and all bill payments are up to date.

Zain customers who are not on the select plans can sign up through Zain to enjoy Disney+ upon payment of the monthly or annual subscription fee* applicable at that time [currently KWD 2.8/month or KWD 27.5/year].

How can I subscribe to Disney+ via Zain?

Depending on which plan you are on and if you are eligible, the below steps highlight how you can subscribe and/or activate Disney+ via Zain:

Eligible MAX Plans:

  1. Log into My Zain from the Zain App or through www.kw.zain.com
  2. Ensure your device is connected to the same WiFi network as your router or that you are logged in to the app.
  3. Under ‘My Zain’, go to ‘Home’ or ‘My Plan’ to ensure that you are on an eligible MAX plan or to subcribe to a new one.
  4. Scroll down to ‘My Content’ and click on ‘activate content’’ to Disney+ or any additional benefits you want to your package (the amount of entertainment providers you can subscribe to depends on the Max plan you have selected).
  5. Once you click on the activation button and agree to the T&Cs, you will receive confirmation of a successful activation on your screen, through a confirmation text message and an email.
  6. Click on “Go to Disney+” or directly visit www.disneyplus.com, to register using your Zain mobile number. You will receive an instant OTP text message to your number.
  7. Upon entering the valid OTP number on the Disney+ website or application, you can start streaming right away.

Eligible Wiyana Postpaid & Home Fixed Wireless Plans:

  1. Using your active Zain number, ensure that you are subscribed to an eligible Wiyana postpaid or home fixed wireless plan, that offers 6 months of Disney+ on us.

How many Disney+ subscriptions can I add to my Zain account?

You can only have one active Disney+ subscription per each valid phone number.


I signed up to Disney+ via Zain, but I am asked to subscribe again. What should I do?

How do I stop my Disney+ subscription that I took up via Zain? If and when I want to use it again, how do I reconnect it?

Depending on the type of Disney+ subscription that you have, you may not be able to always reconnect a cancelled subscription. See below table:

You can cancel your 6-months subscription  to Disney+ at anytime during the 6 months period, which would automatically renew for a paid monthly subscription after if you remain subscribed. If you cancel before the end of the promotional period, you will still be able to access Disney+ until the end of the end of the 6th month. If you wish to reconnect again to Disney+, you can do so at the of the promotion period, by opting in to one of the a la carte offerings on My Zain.

Home Fixed Wireless

MAX Home Fixed Wireless

You can cancel your 6 months subscription to Disney+ at anytime during the subscription period; however, you will be able to access Disney+ until the end of the 6 month promotional period. If you wish to reconnect, you can do so after the expiration of the promotion, by opting in to one of the a la carte offerings.

You can only cancel your subscription after 180 days post your activation of Disney+. If you wish to reconnect, you can do so by navigating to My Zain app/webpage and reactivating your complimentary subscription, as long as your contract for Max Home Fixed Wireless is active.


What happens to my Disney+ subscription if I stop paying my Zain bill?

If you stop paying your Zain bill, your subscription to Disney+ will be suspended after 13 days of the billing date. You will lose your access to the Disney+ subscription and you will have 30 days to settle your bill. Failure to do so will result in the termination of your Disney+ subscription.


If I cancel my Zain line, will I lose my Disney+ subscription on the same day?

If you cancel your Zain line, you will lose you Disney+ subscription immediately.


I want to keep Disney+ but stop paying for it via my Zain account. How do I do this?

You will need to terminate your existing active subscription with Zain, and rsubscribe directly to Disney+ by visiting www.disneyplus.com


Is my Zain bill and Disney+ subscription due for payment on the same day?

If you are not on a complementary plan, your Zain bill and Disney+ subscription payment will be different. Your Disney+ cycle will start from your first day your subscription was activated, renewing automatically every month thereafter.


What happens to my Disney+ login details when I update my mobile number on my Zain profile?

You will continue to login to Disney+ using your registered mobile number.


How do I update my Disney+ login details if my phone number changes?
