The eeZee Emergency service allows Zain customers to get credit in advance from recharging their lines and pay later. The service is available for prepaid voice customers only.

For customers to use this service, the minimum number of days required on the network is 90 days. The emergency credit range is between KD 0.5 to KD 9 depending on the customer’s profile. Customers with better history are eligible for higher emergency credit.

Customers will pay the emergency credit received though their future recharges.

 

The following customers will not be eligible for eeZee Emergency service:

  • Customers below 90 days tenure.
  • Customers with irregular usage history.

 

While the emergency credit is still not paid back, the following services will be blocked:

  • Credit transfer
  • Transfer ownership
  • Number change
  • Voluntary termination
