Activation Steps

STEP 1: Max plan purchase
If you are a new customer and would like to purchase the Max plans through our application or website:

Download the Zain App or visit kw.zain.com/en/shop/max

Login or create an account
-
Select your preferred Max plan
-
Select your Internet device
-
Enter your contact information and details.
Are you an existing customer and you would like to upgrade your plan to Max?
You can do so by:
-
On the Zain App, you will see a banner which mentions “Upgrade your plan”. Click on it.

After that, select your preferred Max plan and the content.
you do not see the banner, please visit any of our branches to complete your plan purchase.

STEP 2: Content provider activation
Once you have purchased the plan through any of the channels mentioned above, activate your content providers by:

Ensure you are connected to the same WiFi network as your router or you are logged in.

Click on the “activate content” button on the Zain App or website.

Select the content you would like to activate (the amount of entertainment providers you can subscribe to depends on the Max plan you have selected).

Once you click on the activation button, you will be re-directed to the dedicated entertainment provider page to subscribe and configure.

And then you will receive a confirmation message and email on your alternative number with your login information.
Activating Max Account
How to activate the streaming platforms?
You can activate the streaming platforms (Shahid, OSN+, TOD, Anghami plus, Disney+ and STARZPLAY) through the Zain App and MyZain webpage.
How long will the subscription be active?
Your subscription will be active as long as your Max plan is active, unless it was deactivated by you.
Managing Max Account
Can I change the streaming platforms after I activate them?
Yes, you will be able to swap any streaming platform with another after 3 months of activating the service.
Do I need any installations to set up Max?
No, there are no installations required. Just download the streaming platform and enjoy!
How can I reset my password?
You can reset your password through the Zain App or by the streaming platform App.
Where can I manage my streaming platform subscriptions?
You can manage your subscriptions through the Zain App or MyZain.
Can I upgrade my current internet plan to Max?
- Yes, on the Zain App, you can click on the "Upgrade Your Plan" banner.
- After that, select your preferred Max plan and the content.
If you do not see the banner, please visit any of our branches to complete your plan purchase.
What if I didn't receive my login credentials?
You can reset your password from the streaming platforms website by clicking on reset password on the sign in page.
Can I upgrade my current Max plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan through MyZain or the Zain App.
How many devices can be logged in at a time?
- Disney+: 7
- Shahid: Unlimited
- TOD: 5
- OSN+: 5
- STARZPLAY: 5
- Anghami plus: Unlimited
How many users can stream at a time?
- Disney+: 4
- Shahid: 3
- TOD: 1 for Entertainment and 2 for ALL-IN & Sports
- OSN+: 2
- STARZPLAY: 2
- Anghami plus: 1
Activating Content Providers
How to activate your Max account?
Once you have purchased the plan through any of the channels mentioned above, activate your content providers by:
- Ensure you are connected to the same WiFi network as your router, or you are logged in on the Zain App
- Click on the “activate content” button on the Zain App or website
- Go to My Content Section.
- Select the content you would like to activate (the amount of entertainment providers you can subscribe to depends on the Max plan you have selected)
- Once you click on the activation button, you will be directed to the dedicated streaming platform page to subscribe and configure
- And then you will receive a confirmation email and a message on your mobile number with your login information.
