The app, dedicated for our Small and Medium Enterprise customers, offers a wide range of digital services, including immediate digital onboarding to Zain Business Solutions without the need for personal attendance or the use of paper.
With this launch, Zain becomes the first and only telecom operator in Kuwait to offer a comprehensive digital platform for SMEs owners to onboard and manage their accounts with easy, simple, and straightforward steps.
What Can you Do in the application?
1. Enable an immediate digital onboarding of customers
- Streamline the ports-in process
- Incorporate latest Zain innovations (e.g., Biometrics and eContracts)
2. Provide a fully customizable offer for customers
- Improve the customer experience by boosting the customer journey
- Revamp Zain’s user perception with a modern App
3. Avoid multiple interactions, that may delay the process of becoming a customer
- Minimize customer service required time
- Digitize the SME process to manage the line
- Onboard his/her own company by providing company admin details, company details, scanning legal documentations and providing contract signatures
- Besides onboarding, the customer will be able to add lines, plans, devices and accessories for himself once the onboarding has been successfully approved by Zain (Zain must review information provided, legal documentation uploaded, signature record, assign a Key Account Manager)
- Manage Autopay settings (activate, deactivate)
- Pay Bill: Pay outstanding or full amount for all lines in the contract, one line of the contract or a line that is not listed within the contract
