Credit/Debit card payments
Online Payment. Any Customer who elects to make payments for Mobile Telecommunications Co. by MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Dinners Club or Debit Card online will be asked by the Online Payment Service Provider to furnish his/her personal information, including card number, expiry date, CCV code, payment amount and your Debit card PIN code, etc. Such information will be transmitted electronically and directly to the Online Payment Service Provider. Mobile Telecommunications Co. does not warrant the confidentiality or security of such information, whether personal or otherwise, when it is transmitted to the Online Payment Service Provider (although Mobile Telecommunications Co. will take reasonable steps to maintain confidentiality and security).
Mobile Telecommunications Co. shall under no circumstances be liable whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise for any special, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage which is suffered, sustained or incurred by the Customer arising (directly or indirectly) from or out of or relating to payments by credit card or debit card online. Payment Authorization. Subject to this Agreement, you authorize us to hold, receive funds in accordance with your payment instructions. Your authorization permits us to debit or credit your credit card, debit card, or other payment cards that we accept ("Cards"), or any other payment method we accept. Unauthorized Payments. If you believe that someone has made an unauthorized payment through Online Payment without your permission, contact your financial institution immediately. You are solely responsible for any unauthorized payments. Transaction Limits. We may delay, suspend or reject a transaction for any account for any reason, including without limitation if we suspect the transaction subjects us to financial or security risk or is unauthorized, fraudulent, suspicious, unlawful, in violation of the terms of this Agreement, subject to dispute or Chargeback, or otherwise unusual. Payments Amount. Subject to this Agreement, we will round up your Paid amount to two (2) digits due to payment processor constrains, the rounded up amount will be posted to your account held with us. Payments Reversal. Your payment will take a minimum of two working days for debit cards and three working days for credit cards to reach our bank account, the payment may be reversed to your account held with us if the payment (a) is disputed by the issuer bank, (b) is reversed for any reason by the payment processor, issuer bank, or acquiring bank, (c) was not authorized or we have any reason to believe that the transaction was not authorized, (d) is allegedly unlawful, suspicious, or in violation of the terms of this agreement, or (E) declined or refused for any other reason.
By Agreeing to these terms and conditions you have read and understand the foregoing agreement and agree to be bound by the online payments terms and conditions for Credit/Debit Card Payments.
