Collect Call

With Collect Call, you can place a call at the receiving party's expense.

To Activate

To make a collect call, simply enter the code *123* followed by the desired number, followed by # and then press the yes / call button on your phone.

Example
  • *123*9xxxxxxx# followed by yes / call.

These calls will not be deducted from the calling party.

Receiving a collect call
  • When you receive a collect call, an automated message will instruct you to press # to accept the call or * to reject it.

These calls will be deducted from your phone bill ( 45 Fils per minute)

Extras

By pressing *123# or *123* followed by Yes or Call button on your phone, you can set your language preference, create a black list of numbers to always reject, as well as a white list of tursted numbers.

Emergency Divert

You now have the ability to divert your voice calls simply by using an SMS. With Emergency Divert, you can divert your calls even if you have lost or forgotten your phone, and you can divert to any line whether it is Zain, Wataniya, Viva or a landline.

 

The Price

This service is activated free of charge. Call charges with this service are applied to the origin number and not the number being diverted to, just like it is with the normal divert service.
