* In order to get more points and increase your chances of winning on the daily and weekly draws, you may answer up to 10 quiz questions for free for the first 4 participation days! From the fifth day onwards, you will be able to increase your chances by answering quiz questions for KD 1 per SMS.

1. What is the “Win with Zain” promotion?
The “Win with Zain” promotion introduces a new Zain Service where the participants will have the opportunity to receive, once per day, mobile content, including various health tips. The participants will also have the opportunity to win amazing daily and weekly prizes.
2. What are the prizes?
Everyday, a randomly selected participant will win $1,000 cash (excluding Saturdays, when the weekly prize will be given).
Every Saturday, a randomly selected participant of the ones who have accumulated the highest number of participation points during the respective weekly period (Sunday to Saturday) will win $20,000 cash
3. How many prizes can a participant win?
The participants can win 1 daily and 1 weekly prize of Saturday at maximum, during the whole duration of the promotion.0

5. Do I receive the prize immediately?
The prizes will be delivered at least 30 days after the end of the Promotion. Winners will be notified either by telephone, SMS or e-mail and Zain will inform them on the delivery process.

15. What if I am not in town to collect the prize?
You will need to collect your prize within 30 days from being notified that you are a winner.
16. I am not a subscriber of Zain, can I participate?
Unfortunately, no. But if you wish you can get a prepaid Zain card and enter the Promotion by sending ‘yes’ to 99985. Free for 4 days!

18. I have received a SMS that says: Surprise! Bonus Period! Win XXX points.
This means that you have entered a bonus phase where you can earn more than the usual given points. Every time that you enter a period where each question you reply or any SMS you send gives you more points, you will receive a message informing you about this period and the points you get. Do not worry, it is easy! You always answer questions on all bonus phases!
19. How many points do I earn for every question that I answer?
If you answer the question correctly, you get at least 100 points. If you give a wrong or invalid (other than 1 or 2) answer, you get 20 points. But during the promotion, there are many bonus phases which give you much more than 100 points. Send more SMS to discover them.
20. Who CANNOT participate in the promotion and win the prizes?
The whole personnel and trainees of Zain Kuwait and their direct relatives, all the employees of companies which cooperated with Zain Kuwait for the promotion.
21. Is there a limit as to the number of SMS I have to send?
During the first 4 days of participation, you can reply up to 10 questions per day.
From the fifth participation day onwards, you can reply up to 50 questions per day.
22. If I answer wrong to questions, do I get points?
Yes, you get points. For each wrong answer you get at least 20 points meaning 20 more chances for the daily and weekly draws.
23. I receive different amount of points in different questions. What happened? Is this a mistake of the system or something else?
You don’t have to worry about this. The promotion includes some bonus phases where the participants win more points than the normal flow. Each time you enter such a phase, you receive a message explaining how the bonus phase works. Please check your SMS inbox to find this message.
24. Do I lose my earned points?
Regarding the daily prizes, you never lose your participation points, the participation points are transferred to the next day. However, concerning the weekly prizes, your participation points are reset every week.
25. What is the cost of SMS I receive from 99985 containing daily points and mobile content (heath tips)?
