Consumer Education

Customer satisfaction is an integral part of Zain’s everyday business. To ensure that our customers get a unified response, Zain branches, franchise, customer care, and distributor employees receive the same basic product and services training. In addition, all Zain marketing material and website is presented to answer all your questions and provide you with the information that you require. 

Zain’s 107 contact center is a 24-hour operation that is dedicated to customers and their concerns. Zain provides the largest number of branches in Kuwait that facilitate a device guru to answer any technical enquiries regarding devices that are sold at Zain.

Post-sales Service

Customer Care Center 

107 customer care agents are available to take your calls at all times, including holidays.  The customer care center currently caters to 4 languages: English, Arabic, Urdu and Tagalog. Zain caters to its corporate clients by providing a dedicated hotline (108) to answer all their business needs.


Zain Service Centre

Zain customers may direct themselves to the Zain Service Centre should they face any issues with their purchased devices. The Zain Service Centre is considered a one stop shop that provides expert technicians working flexible hours for the customer’s convenience.

There are 8 Zain Service Centres across Kuwait ready to serve customers and their needs. Customers may also set up their recently purchased iPhones, at the Apple workshops located at Zain’s Mega Branches.
