Zain continues to support the annual Girgeaan celebration (traditional candy distribution) organized by Al Kharafi Center for Special Needs Activities. The event featured fun and interactive programs that brought joy to children with special needs and their families and was attended by the center’s Director Aisha Al Salem.

This step came under the Zain Alshuhoor campaign, through which the company reaches out to the entire community with a plethora of initiatives and contributions that last throughout the Holy Month of Ramadan. Zain’s support to the event also comes as part of its extended strategic partnership with Al Kharafi Center for Special Needs Activities, where the company supports its events during special seasons and occasions.

The event gathered children and families to celebrate Girgeaan

The joyful event featured many entertaining segments, like on-stage traditional acts performed by the center’s children, engaging competitions and interactive programs designed to nurture their creative talents, and more. At the end of the event, Zain’s team joined in giving out Girgeaan candy to the children and their families, bringing joy to everyone.

Zain Alshuhoor is one of Kuwait’s biggest and most successful community programs during the Holy Month. The campaign features a wide range of humanitarian, charitable, social, religious, health, and sports programs that continue throughout Ramadan. Every year, the company introduces a bigger, renewed version of the campaign that expands upon the previous year’s initiatives and programs.

Al Kharafi Center for Special Needs Activities aims to offer a specialized, safe, engaging, and entertaining environment for all children with special needs. The center offers children and their families a wide range of services, including rehabilitation, entertainment, training, awareness, and more.
