Zain Platinum Sponsor of Moot Court Competition

Company continues to support Kuwait’s International Law Society

Zain, the leading telecommunications company in Kuwait, announced its Platinum sponsorship of the Moot Court Competition organized by Kuwait’s International Law Society throughout January 2018.

 

Zain’s support to this competition came as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to contribute to the development of various areas, ultimately reflecting the country’s advanced position in all fields. Zain’s sponsorship also comes as an extension of the company’s continuous support to the activities and programs of Kuwait’s International Law Society.

 

The competition, considered the first of its kind in Kuwait University and the College of Law, sees participants taking part in simulated court proceedings, where they have to draft memorials, participate in oral arguments, debate a controversial topic, and more. Moot courts are considered as internship programs where students of law can practice what they learned in lifelike court environments.
