The lucky winner will win a fully inclusive trip to Japan for two people, which includes the following*:

- Roundtrip flights from Kuwait International Airport as well as airport transfers in Tokyo.

To be considered eligible to enter the draw:

• - You must be 18 years or older.
• - You must be an active Zain customer and have activated Disney+ on either your Wiyana or Max internet plan. For more information contact 109.

If you are eligible as per the above:

• - Your name will be automatically entered into the draw as soon as you activate your Disney+ between the period of April 30th, 2024 to June 6th, 2024.
• - If you do not have an active plan, you can purchase a plan on either Wiyana or Max internet plan and activate Disney+ to enter the draw automatically between the same period mentioned above.

The winner will be selected at random from the draw of all eligible users who activated the service and logged in.

The competition is scheduled to end on June 6th, 2024, of which the winner will be announced approximately one week after. It is at the discretion of Zain to extend the competition if it sees fit.

There will be one winner and they will be able to bring one guest along the whole trip, as long as both are 18 years or above.

The trip will be redeemable within 12 months of notifying the winner at their own flexibility; however, noting the following:

• - The trip must be scheduled to include a Saturday night stay.
• - Winners must contact prize provider with three preferred travel dates in three separate months no later than six weeks prior to departure.
• - Prize cannot be taken over Christmas, New Year or Public Holidays in the departure or arrival country.

Upon confirming the eligibility of the winner, they will be connected to A professional Winner Manager to expertly organize each aspect of their prize, which includes:

• - A personal introduction to their Winner Manager within 24 hours of receiving their contact details.
• - Communication in their preferred language through the multi-lingual team.
• - Expert help and advice before they travel – from visas and luggage allowance to weather forecasts and local information. The responsibility of obtaining the travel documents and visas is the responsibility of the travelers.
• - Personal assistance booking local tours, attractions, and activities in their prize destination.
• - The option to extend or amend their prize at their own expense.
