Zain Max plans come with a commitment period depending on the selected plan and device.

Each plan gives you a specific number of platform points. You can select your preferred entertainment platforms based on the available points for your plan.

Platform selection is fixed once chosen and cannot be changed during the active subscription period.

If you do not select your platforms, you will not be able to access entertainment services until selections are completed.

You cannot exceed your allocated platform points. You must select platforms within your plan’s point limit.

Yes, you can subscribe to additional platforms separately if they are not included within your selected plan.

If you miss a payment, your services may be temporarily suspended until the outstanding balance is settled.

You can subscribe to Zain Max through Zain stores, the Zain website, or the Zain mobile application.

1. Call 107 to request your router’s unlock code.
2. Insert a non-Zain SIM card into the router.
3. Connect your device to the router’s Wi-Fi network.
4. Open a browser and go to http://192.168.8.1 (or check the router label for the correct IP).
5. When prompted, enter the unlock code and click OK.
6. Log in using the admin password (found on the back of the router).
7. Click OK after entering the username and password.
8. Wait 10 seconds – the router will detect the new network and will be unlocked.
