What are the Add-ons?
  1. Roadside assistance: towing
    • Coverage includes towing services, minor repairs, fuel delivery, battery jump-start assistance, vehicle lockout support, and flat tire assistance for added convenience and peace of mind.
  2. Roadside assistance: towing after accident
    • Coverage includes towing services, minor roadside repairs, fuel delivery, battery jump-start assistance, vehicle lockout support, and flat-tire assistance for added convenience and peace of mind.
  3. Natural perils
    • Coverage includes protection against damage to the insured vehicle caused by natural catastrophes such as storms, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, and volcanic eruptions.
  4. Personal accident: driver, passenger
    • Coverage provides personal accident protection for the driver against death, permanent or temporary total/partial disability resulting from a vehicle accident. It also includes medical expenses coverage up to KD 250, with a total coverage limit of KD 10,000.
  5. Waiver of subrogation
    • Coverage protects by exempting the insured from specific recourse cases under the policy, including crossing red or yellow traffic signals, exceeding legal speed limits, or driving against traffic direction.
  6. Personal belongings
    • Coverage protects against loss or theft of personal belongings from the insured vehicle, with a maximum coverage limit of KD 250 during the policy period, subject to the policy terms and conditions. Certain exclusions apply, including negligence, unlocked vehicles, business-related items, and unsupported claims.
  7. Replacement car: small, medium, large
    • A service of providing an alternative car for the insured during the period of repairing his car for 15 days for each claim (3 categories).
  8. GCC regional extension “can be added for a specific period”
    • One week, 2 weeks, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months
    • Coverage extends your comprehensive policy protection to selected GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, and the UAE, for customers traveling by road. The add-on includes coverage subject to policy terms, with towing and/or shipping support up to KD 100 from GCC countries.
  9. Off-road cover “can be added for a specific period”
    • One day, 2 days, 1 week, 1 month
    • Coverage extends your car insurance protection to include damages and accidents occurring during leisure off-road driving, including surfaces such as sand, mud, rocks, and dunes. It also covers vehicle damages, related injuries, and approved off-road accessories, subject to policy terms and exclusions.
Who is eligible for cashback?

Customers are eligible for cashback if their policy remains claim-free throughout the policy period. Policies with one or more claims are not eligible for cashback.

How can I claim my cashback?
  1. Open the Zain Insure app.
  2. Select the policy you wish to renew.
  3. Go to Policy Summary > Mileage & Cashback.
  4. Upload your odometer image.
  5. Click Calculate My Cashback to view your eligible cashback amount.
How do I renew my policy?
  1. Open the Zain Insure app.
  2. Select your generated renewal quote.
  3. Review and customize your policy, if desired.
  4. Proceed with payment to complete the renewal.
